Systems Assurance
The ICS sales team has in-depth knowledge including certification, configurator expertise and hands-on IT experience. Each technology segment moves rapidly; we stay current with the announcement and direction updates. In addition, the sales team can readily access the technical teams (ICS and vendor) as needed. We'll work closely with you to assure the best fit for your needs. For complex configurations, we'll conduct a formal, multi-party systems assurance.



IBM Passport Advantage Program
For clients licensing IBM software in volume, ICS can explain and execute the Passport Advantage point system, levels and discounts. The program includes software upgrade protection, telephone support and cost savings on most IBM software offerings.
