In this section, you'll see the hardware products ICS provisions for our clients. It's not an all-inclusive list. If you need a product not shown, let's discuss it. Systems Assurance
The ICS sales team has in-depth knowledge including certification, configurator expertise and hands-on IT experience. Each technology segment moves rapidly; we stay current with the announcement and direction updates. In addition, the sales team can readily access the technical teams (ICS and vendor) as needed. We'll work closely with you to assure the best fit for your needs. For complex configurations, we'll conduct a formal, multi-party systems assurance.



Prompt Delivery
In today's fast paced world, supply and demand don't always match. ICS associates will be straightforward with you on expected delivery timeframes to assist with proper planning. If your needs dictate, we'll work hard to optimize delivery. This may include ordering concurrent to your internal paperwork process, assessing multiple sources, escalating within vendors and/or continuously monitoring the status.



Full Cycle Service
ICS will do more than just "drop-ship" the product. We'll coordinate our technical resources and vendor resources with you to ensure timely implementation. If issues surface in the delivered configuration, we'll work closely with you as a high priority for timely resolution.



Financial Alternatives
ICS will inform you of vendor programs that may be available to enhance the solutions. We'll also provide input to the financial decision regarding operating lease, capital lease or outright purchase. Using vendor leasing, ICS can execute approved leases as part of the procurement process.
